We understand that we cannot fulfill our mission of connection and community without acknowledging and addressing the many barriers that exist for some members of our community, especially our BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ community. As an outdoor organization that is operating on stolen Dakota land in Minneapolis, we recognize the importance of honoring both the land and the community in how we operate. In striving to fulfill our mission and values, we reserve a number of reduced fee/free entries for those for whom the cost of participation is prohibitive. If you are interested in participating in a Loppet event and this applies to you, we invite you to apply for financial assistance through the application linked below. LOPPET EVENTS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION As a way to recognize the Dakota land we run with and steward, all Indigenous people can participate in any Loppet event for free by emailing events@loppet.org and requesting a discount code.
