Blaine City Police invite the community to meet with Kelsey, a licensed social worker embedded within the police department. She is available to provide free assistance in connecting individuals with valuable resources for a range of concerns, including mental health, financial insecurity, substance use, job insecurity, homelessness, housing instability, food insecurity, parenting, and resources for older adults and aging.
